COL BKB: St. Louis 60, New Mexico 46

ST. LOUIS, Dec. 31 (UPI) -- Cory Remekun went 7-of-9 from the field on his way to 15 points Monday and St. Louis upended 23rd-ranked New Mexico 60-46.

Cody Ellis helped out by coming off the bench to score 13 points and Mike McCall Jr. chipped in with 12 as the Billikens (10-3) notched their seventh straight victory.

Dwayne Evans provided eight rebounds and netted four points for the victors.

The Lobos (13-2), meanwhile, lost for the second time in three contests after starting the season with 12 consecutive wins.

Kendall Williams (15 points) and Alex Kirk (13, eight boards) reached double figures for New Mexico, which committed 21 turnovers in the setback.
