LAS VEGAS, Dec. 23 (UPI) -- Anthony Bennett scored 21 points and Khem Birch added 20 Saturday in No. 18 Nevada-Las Vegas' 89-74 win over Canisius.
Birch added eight rebounds and six blocks as the Runnin' Rebels (11-1) reeled off their ninth straight win.
UNLV put the game away with a 21-8 run in the second half.
Canisius (8-3) was led by Billy Baron with 30 points, six assists and five rebounds.
