HONOLULU, Dec. 22 (UPI) -- Chase Tapley poured in 39 points and collected five rebounds Saturday, powering No. 15 San Diego State over San Francisco 80-58 in Hawaii.

Tapley connected on 13-of-19 shots, including six 3-pointers, and Jamaal Franklin supplied 11 points, seven rebounds and five assists for the Aztecs (10-1) at the Diamond Head Classic.

San Diego State racked up its 10th straight win with the help of Deshawn Stephens (10 points, eight rebounds) and Xavier Thames (10 points).

The Dons (5-5) were led by Cole Dickerson with 15 points and 12 rebounds.
