KANSAS CITY, Mo., Dec. 22 (UPI) -- Will Spradling's all-around game of 17 points, six rebounds and five assists Saturday powered Kansas State's 67-61 upending of No. 9 Florida.

Rodney McGruder added 13 points and six boards as the Wildcats (9-2) used an 11-2 run late in the second half to pull away and win for the fourth time in five outings.

Kansas State cleaned up at the foul line, sinking 20-of-29 free throws.

Patric Young provided 19 points and 10 rebounds, but it wasn't enough for the Gators (8-2), who fell for the second time in three games.

Florida's Kenny Boynton was held to 11 points.
