COL BKB: New Mexico 66, Connecticut 60

ST. THOMAS, Virgin Islands, Nov. 20 (UPI) -- Kendall Williams led four New Mexico players scoring in double figures Monday and the Lobos bested No. 23 Connecticut 66-60 to win the Paradise Jam.

Williams connected for 15 points while Hugh Greenwood added 12 and seven rebounds for New Mexico (4-0), which drained all 21 of its free throw attempts in the victory.

Tony Snell chipped in with 11 points and Alex Kirk added 10 for the Lobos.

Shabazz Napier led all scorers with 23 points, netting four 3-pointers as the Huskies (4-1) were dealt their first defeat of the season.
