CHARLESTON, S.C., Nov. 18 (UPI) --
Brady Heslip scored 29 points Sunday, draining eight 3-pointers in 17th-ranked Baylor's 97-78 victory over St. John's at the Charleston Classic.
Cory Jefferson contributed 20 points and 13 rebounds as the Bears (4-1) captured the tournament's third-place game. Isaiah Austin produced a double-double of 13 points and 12 rebounds, while Pierre Jackson added 19 points and nine assists for Baylor.
Heslip's scoring performance was a career high.
St. John's (2-2) was led by Phil Greene IV's 26 points. D'Angelo Harrison added 20.
