SPRINGFIELD, Mo., Nov. 17 (UPI) -- Jamaal Franklin dominated at both ends of the court with 22 points and 12 rebounds Saturday in No. 23 San Diego State's 60-44 defeat of Missouri State.

Franklin recorded three steals and blocked three shots for the Aztecs (2-1), who notched their second straight win after a season-opening loss to Syracuse.

Xavier Thames contributed 11 points and James Rahon added 10 for San Diego State.

Anthony Downing pumped in 16 points to lead the Bears (1-1).
