MADISON, Wis., Feb. 28 (UPI) -- Jordan Taylor scored 22 points Tuesday and 15th-ranked Wisconsin used a big second half to get past Minnesota 52-45 in a Big Ten Conference game.
The Badgers (22-8, 11-6 Big Ten) started slowly, trailing 23-16 at halftime, but then caught fire and outscored the Golden Gophers 36-22 down the stretch.

Ryan Evans added 12 points as Wisconsin earned a bye in the first round of the Big Ten conference tournament by clinching at least fourth place in the regular season standings.
Minnesota (17-13, 5-12) got 18 points from Andre Hollins but it wasn't enough to prevent the Gophers' sixth straight loss.
Rodney Williams added 11 points in the setback.
