WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind., Feb. 19 (UPI) -- Draymond Green did it all for No. 8 Michigan State with 20 points, 10 rebounds and seven assists Sunday in the Spartans' 76- 62 win over Purdue.

Branden Dawson contributed 15 points and 11 rebounds as Michigan State (22-5, 11-3 Big Ten) claimed its fifth straight win.

Austin Thornton chipped in with 17 points and Derrick Nix donated 12 for MSU, which hit at a 50.8-percent clip from the field and used a tough defense to limit Purdue to 8-of-35 shooting in the second half.

The Boilermakers (17-10, 7-7 Big Ten) got a game-high 24 points and 15 rebounds from Robbie Hummel.
