LAS VEGAS, Feb. 11 (UPI) -- Mike Moser scored 19 points and grabbed nine rebounds for No. 16 Nevada-Las Vegas Saturday, helping the Rebels nip No. 14 San Diego State 65-63.
Justin Hawkins forced a turnover with 1 second remaining to preserve the victory for UNLV (22-4, 6-2 Mountain West), which nearly blew a 13-point second-half lead.

Oscar Bellfield contributed 15 points and six assists, while Brice Massamba added 12 points as the Rebels remained undefeated at home (13-0). Moser also blocked four shots.
Chase Tapley struck for 22 points for SDSU (20-4, 6-2).
The Aztecs saw their six-game winning streak against UNLV snapped despite 15 points and eight rebounds from Jamaal Franklin.
