COL BKB: Kentucky 74, Louisiana State 50

BATON ROUGE, La., Jan. 28 (UPI) -- Terrence Jones scored 27 points Saturday, going 10-of-16 from the field in top-ranked Kentucky's 74-50 rout of Louisiana State in Southeastern Conference play.

The Wildcats (21-1, 7-0 SEC) reeled off their 13th straight win with the help of Anthony Davis' 16 points, 10 rebounds and three blocks. Darius Miller contributed 13 points as Kentucky continued its best start to a conference season since 2005.

The Tigers (12-9, 2-5) lost their sixth in eight games despite 12 points and nine rebounds from Johnny O'Bryant and 11 points from Storm Warren.
