LINCOLN, Neb., Jan. 21 (UPI) -- William Buford led a balanced Ohio State attack with a game-high 15 points Saturday and the sixth-ranked Buckeyes flattened Nebraska 79-45.
Deshaun Thomas and Jared Sullinger contributed 14 points apiece for the Buckeyes (17-3, 5-2 Big Ten).
Head Coach Thad Matta guided OSU to its fourth win in five games while appearing in his 400th career contest.
Nebraska (10-9, 2-6) was bedeviled by 28 turnovers in the loss.
Brandon Ubel and Bo Spencer each scored eight points for the Cornhuskers (10-9, 2-6).
