LEXINGTON, Ky., Dec. 28 (UPI) -- Michael Kidd-Gilchrist missed just one of his six shots from the field Wednesday and scored 18 points in leading No. 3 Kentucky to an 86-64 win over Lamar.

The Wildcats (12-1) won their fourth in a row to set up their Saturday meeting with fourth-ranked Louisville, which will be coming off its first loss of the season -- a loss to Georgetown Wednesday.

Kentucky held a 44-28 halftime lead and coasted from there, hitting 49 percent of its field goal attempts and converting 27-of-33 from the foul line.

Darius Miller and Marquis Teague both had 15 points for the Wildcats. Anthony Davis pulled down 14 rebounds and blocked six shots.

Lamar was led by 29 points from Mike James. The Cardinals (8-5) have lost two in a row.
