Canada body-parts murder victim identified

COLUMBUS, Ohio, Dec. 22 (UPI) -- William Buford led Ohio State with 18 points Thursday and the No. 2 Buckeyes put together a solid defensive effort in downing Miami (Ohio) 69-40.
Ohio State held the RedHawks to 15 field goals and a 32 percent shooting performance. Miami scored only six points over the final 7:15.
Deshaun Thomas chipped in 15 points and Jared Sullinger, who has missed action during the last two weeks with back spasms, scored 11 while playing 24 minutes.
Ohio State (12-1) won its fourth in a row since its lone loss at Kansas, a game the Buckeyes played without Sullinger.
Julian Mavunga scored 20 points and had 10 rebounds for the RedHawks (3-7).
