Jared Maree scored 13 and had three rebounds for the Broncs (2-7). Ruben Cabrera and Aaron Urbanus added eight apiece.

Ohio State shot an unimpressive 39.7 percent from the field, but they took a hefty 65 shots from the field to 40 for the Broncs. The Buckeyes forced 18 turnovers, out-rebounded Texas-Pan American 41-21 and allowed the Broncs only four free throws.
