Adonis Thomas was hot from long range, draining five 3-pointers on his way to 17 points as the Tigers (4-2) won their second straight following a loss to Georgetown at the Maui Invitational.

Memphis shot 57 percent from the field, connecting on 12 three-pointers in all, and Joe Jackson contributed 11 points.

The Governors (0-9) remained winless -- the worst start in school history -- despite 15 points from Melvin Baker.
