COL BKB: Kansas 70, South Florida 42

LAWRENCE, Kan., Dec. 3 (UPI) -- Tyshawn Taylor struck for 24 points Saturday, sparking the 14th-ranked Kansas Jayhawks to a 70-42 rout of South Florida.

Taylor also passed out five assists.

Thomas Robinson chipped in 14 points, eight rebounds and four steals for the Jayhawks (5-2).

Kansas notched its second straight win after falling to Duke in a Nov. 23 game.

The Bulls (5-4) got 11 points from Augustus Gilchrist in the one-sided non-conference loss.
