COL BKB: Memphis 70, Jackson State 45

MEMPHIS, Nov. 28 (UPI) -- Joe Jackson and Chris Crawford teamed up for 29 points Monday and 21st-ranked Memphis breezed to a 70-45 victory over Jackson State.

Jackson netted 15 points while Crawford added 14 and six rebounds for Memphis (3-2), which bounced back from an 91-88 overtime loss to Georgetown Wednesday in the Maui Invitational.

Stan Simpson grabbed 10 boards for the victors.

Jackson State (1-7) was led by Jenirro Bush with 11 points.
