(UPI) -- The World Cup playoffs from Tuesday night have given the roster at next summer's tournament in Brazil near final shape, as only Uruguay has to play Jordan in Montevideo. Uruguay won 5-0 in Amman in the first leg.

Last night in Europe Croatia beat Iceland and Greece topped Romania to qualify for the World Cup.

Mexico edged out New Zealand to ensure El Tri will attend the big dance next year.

In Africa, Ghana beat Egypt over two games to qualify once again for the World Cup. Algeria also stumbled past a weak Burkina Faso to make their second consecutive tournament.

Next summer's favorites include Brazil, led by Neymar, Argentina, led by Lionel Messi, and Germany, though the tournament often proves to be unpredictable.

The full list of teams: Algeria Argentina Australia Belgium Bosnia-Herzegovina Brazil Cameroon Chile Colombia Costa Rica Croatia Ecuador England France Germany Ghana Greece Holland Honduras Iran Italy Ivory Coast Japan Mexico Nigeria Portugal Russia South Korea Spain Switzerland USA (Uruguay or Jordan)
