After more than a month in limbo, it looks like someone has finally taken pity on Tim Tebow.

Tebow was reportedly signed by the New England Patriots, and was expected to join the team for minicamp Tuesday in Foxborough, Mass. Financial terms and contract length were not revealed.

The quarterback, who was released by the New York Jets at the end of April, seemed to never give up hope he would sign with a new team, even as many publicly wondered if his career was over.

New England already has a full-time quarterback in Tom Brady, and a reliable backup in Ryan Mallett, so it's likely Tebow will still need to fight for a spot on the roster.
