NHL: Calgary Flames sign Michael Ferland to two-year deal

The Calgary Flames signed forward Micheal Ferland to a two-year contract on Thursday.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Ferland played 76 games with Calgary last season, recording career highs in goals (15) and points (25).

In 173 career NHL games, all with the Flames, the 25-year-old has 21 goals, 27 assists and 111 penalty minutes.
