Australian Bernard Tomic and Russian Daniil Medvedev were both fined for unsportsmanlike conduct at Wimbledon on Thursday.

Tomic received a $15,000 fine from the International Tennis Federation following his first-round loss to German Mischa Zverev. The 24-year-old claimed he felt "bored" during the match and admitted he called for the trainer to disrupt his foe's momentum as opposed to an actual injury.

Tomic's penalty didn't end there as racket sponsors Head dumped him to boot.

"We were extremely disappointed with the statements made at Wimbledon by one of our sponsored athletes, Bernard Tomic," a statement on Head's official website read. "His opinions in no way reflect our own attitude for tennis, our passion, professionalism and respect for the game. Therefore, we have decided to discontinue our collaboration with Bernard Tomic."

Medvedev was fined $14,500 after he engaged in several disputes with umpire Mariana Alves before following his five-set setback to Belgian qualifier Ruben Bemelmans by throwing coins in the direction of her chair. The 21-year-old Russian was fined $4,000 for his warning, $3,000 for his point penalty and $75,000 for his conduct.

"I was disappointed with the result of the match," Medvedev said after the 6-4, 6-2, 3-6, 2-6, 6-3 defeat. "It was frustrating after a big win I had (over Stan Wawrinka on Monday). All the match was not going well for me. So I was just very (disappointed). In the heat of the moment, I did a bad thing. I apologize for this."
