The Baltimore Ravens moved running back Lorenzo Taliaferro to the reserve physically unable to perform list as they reduced their roster to the required 75 players on Tuesday.

Baltimore also waived undrafted kicker Wil Lutz and placed defensive end Bronson Kaufusi (ankle) and fellow rookie tackle Stephane Nembot (undisclosed) on injured reserve.

Taliaferro is recovering from surgery in October to repair a Lisfranc foot sprain. The 24-year-old didn't practice in training camp and will be sidelined for at least the first six games of the regular season.

Taliaferro rushed 13 times for 47 yards and a touchdown in three games last season for the Ravens, who boast a crowded backfield. Justin Forsett, Terrance West, Javorius Allen and Kenneth Dixon are all vying for carries this season.
