TORONTO -- Jose Bautista returned to the Toronto Blue Jays' lineup for the first time since August 9 on Thursday for the series finale against the Los Angeles Angels.

Bautista strained his left knee making a throw from right field and also spent six weeks earlier this summer on the disabled list with a toe injury.
