The Detroit Lions placed three players on the physically unable to perform list, including tight end Brandon Pettigrew.

In addition to Pettigrew, Detroit also announced Sunday that it placed receiver Corey Fuller and offensive tackle Corey Robinson on the PUP list.

A player placed on the PUP list can be activated at any point during training camp. But if they are still on the list at the start of the regular season, they must sit out the first six games.

Pettigrew tore his left ACL last December and is expected to miss most of training camp. Fuller is recovering from offseason foot surgery.

Robinson's injury or reason to be on the list hasn't been disclosed by the Lions.
