A Dallas Cowboys tour bus was involved in a fatal accident Sunday afternoon in Arizona, according to multiple reports.

"It was the Cowboys bus and yes the driver and passengers are OK," Rich Dalrymple, the Cowboys' senior vice president of public relations and communications, said in an email to the Arizona Republic.

The bus was carrying four team staff members -- Cowboys writer Mickey Spagnola, videographer Jason Walraven, the team mascot and an unidentified bus driver -- according to WFAA in Dallas.

According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the crash, which involved the tour bus and a passenger van, occurred on U.S. 93 northbound. The DPS confirmed that no one on the bus was injured, but four people in the van -- two adults and two teenagers -- were killed.

KTNV in Las Vegas reported the van was making an illegal left turn onto U.S. 93 when it collided with the bus.

The Cowboys team website said the bus was on its way to a Gameworks restaurant in Las Vegas for a 3 p.m. PT promotion and autograph session before heading to the Saddle Ranch Chop House in West Hollywood, Calif., on Monday.
