PITTSBURGH -- Pittsburgh Pirates right-hander Tyler Glasnow left his second career start in the fourth inning Saturday because of right shoulder discomfort.

Glasnow, one of the Pirates' top prospects, gave up two runs on four hits in 3-plus innings. He had a 2-1 count on Philadelphia's Peter Bourjos with runners at first and second when a Pirates trainer and manager Clint Hurdle visited the mound. After a short consultation, Glasnow left the game.
