Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry said he received platelet-rich plasma treatment to promote healing on his sprained right knee, the San Jose Mercury News reported Tuesday.
Curry hurt his knee while slipping to the floor during Game 4 of the Warriors' first-round playoff series with the Houston Rockets. Golden State eliminated Houston in Game 5. Curry sat out the first two games of the team's Western Conference semifinal series against the Portland Trail Blazers, on Sunday and Tuesday.
