On Wednesday, there was talk that Denver was interested in unhappy Philadelphia quarterback Sam Bradford. According to 9News in Denver, the Broncos "are in" on Bradford with Broncos general manager John Elway and his Eagles' counterpart with his Eagles' Howard Roseman discussing a possible trade.

On Thursday morning, ESPN doused that report, saying the Eagles would not trade Bradford to the Broncos. In fact, the Eagles are expected to keep the veteran quarterback despite having the second pick in Thursday's draft.

Bradford had asked to be traded after the Eagles traded up to presumably select either quarterback Jared Goff or Carson Wentz.
