Dwyane Wade, Kevin Durant land player of week honors

Miami Heat guard Dwyane Wade and Oklahoma City forward Kevin Durant were named the NBA Eastern and Western Conference Players of the Week, respectively, for games played Jan. 25-31.

Wade averaged 24 points, seven assists, 4.8 rebounds and two steals while leading Miami to four consecutive wins. His best all-around performance came when he had 27 points, eight assists, four rebounds, three steals and two blocked shots in a 102-98 victory over the Brooklyn Nets on Jan. 26.

Durant averaged 34.7 points, 11.7 rebounds and 4.3 assists as Oklahoma City won three consecutive games. His top outing was when he had 44 points, 14 rebounds and five assists during a 128-122 overtime victory over the New York Knicks on Jan. 26.
