With Odell Beckham Jr. assigned as a captain for one of the Pro Bowl teams, he received a tongue-in-cheek warning from his New York Giants teammate, quarterback Eli Manning, that the two better end up on the same side in Hawaii.

The duo will team together Sunday in the NFL's all-star showcase.

With the first overall pick Wednesday night, Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson was chosen to represent Team Irvin, captained by Hall of Famer Michael Irvin with assistance from Atlanta Falcons running back Devonta Freeman and Cincinnati Bengals defensive tackle Geno Atkins.

Team Rice, captained by Hall of Famer Jerry Rice with help from Beckham and St. Louis Rams defensive tackle Aaron Donald, responded by selecting Manning.

Ahead of the selections, Manning said, "I told Odell, I said, 'Odell, hey, I know you're captain, don't feel any pressure to draft me.
