From the Broncos, cornerbacks Chris Harris Jr. and Aqib Talib and linebackers Von Miller and DeMarcus Ware must be replaced. From the Panthers, quarterback Cam Newton, running back Jonathan Stewart, tight end Greg Olsen, center Ryan Kalil, guard Trai Turner, fullback Mike Tolbert, linebackers Luke Kuechly and Thomas Davis, defensive tackle Kawann Short, and cornerback Josh Norman won't be going to Hawaii.
In addition, Arizona Cardinals quarterback Carson Palmer pulled out of the game and said he wanted to let his dislocated right index finger heal. Palmer threw four interceptions and lost two fumbles in Sunday's loss to the Panthers.
Minnesota Vikings quarterback Teddy Bridgewater will fill in for Palmer.
Another player on the losing end in a conference final, New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski, withdrew from the Pro Bowl on Monday. Despite battling dehydration and cramps Sunday, Gronkowski caught eight passes for 144 yards and a touchdown.
Gronkowski will be replaced in Hawaii by Cleveland's Gary Barnidge, whose 1,043 receiving yards this season were the second-highest total in Browns history for a tight end.
The Bills announced Monday that quarterback Tyrod Taylor and center Eric Wood are replacing Newton and Kalil.
The Tennessee Titans, who did not have any players selected for the Pro Bowl, now have two with defensive tackle Jurrell Casey and tight end Delanie Walker added to the roster to replace Short and Olsen.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers linebacker Lavonte David and guard Logan Mankins have been added to the roster. David replaces Ware, while Mankins takes the place of Turner.
The NFL also announced that Baltimore Ravens linebacker Elvis Dumervil has been named to the roster. Falcons fullback Pat DiMarco and cornerback Desmond Trufant also were added.
Vikings safety Harrison Smith replaces Seattle's Earl Thomas, who is sidelined with an injury.
The Pro Bowl will be played this Sunday at Aloha Stadium in Honolulu.
