Chicago Bulls C Joakim Noah suffers dislocated shoulder

CHICAGO -- Chicago Bulls center Joakim Noah dislocated his left shoulder on Friday night during the second quarter and was ruled out for the remainder of the game against the Dallas Mavericks.

The Bulls also lost guard Kirk Hinrich to injury in the third quarter.

Noah suffered his injury when he made contact with Mavericks center JaVale McGee in the paint with 9:41 left in the second quarter. Noah immediately left the floor and went to the locker room.

Noah separated his left shoulder earlier in the season and missed nine games because of the injury.

Noah entered the game averaging 4.4 points, 9.0 rebounds, 3.9 assists and 1.0 blocks in 28 games this season. He had two points and one rebound in 5:51 of playing time when the injury occurred against the Mavericks.

Hinrich sustained a left quad contusion and was ruled out of the game. He scored seven points before departing. Hinrich was averaging 4.0 points in 27 games this season.
