Kobe Bryant (Achilles) exits Los Angeles Lakers' game vs. New Orleans Pelicans

LOS ANGELES -- Lakers forward Kobe Bryant left Los Angeles' game against the New Orleans Pelicans late in the second quarter Tuesday due to a sore right Achilles tendon.

He will not return, the team announced.

Bryant finished the night with seven points on 3-of-9 shooting, and he missed all five of his 3-point attempts in 16 minutes.

Bryant sat out the Lakers' loss to the Utah Jazz on Sunday with the same injury.
