New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski made the team's trip to Houston on Saturday, according to NFL Media, suggesting he may play Sunday against the Texans.

Gronkowski missed last week's game after sustaining a knee injury during Week 12 against the Denver Broncos.

Gronkowski is listed on the Patriots' injury report as questionable. He did return to practice this week, along with injured wide receiver Julian Edelman. However, Edelman will not play.

Scott Chandler has filled in for Gronkowski, who has 57 catches for 931 yards with nine touchdowns in 11 games.

New England has lost two straight games.

The Patriots made a roster move by promoting linebacker Eric Martin from the practice squad and signing running back Trey Williams to the practice squad.
