Quarterback Mark Sanchez will make his second consecutive start for Philadelphia as the Eagles travel to play the Detroit Lions on Thanksgiving Day.

Starter Sam Bradford is inactive even though he returned to limited practice this week and cleared the league's concussion protocol. He is still bothered by a sprained shoulder, according to NFL Media.

This will be the fourth career start on Thanksgiving Day for Sanchez, who has a 2-1 record on the holiday.

Sanchez threw for 261 yards in last week's loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but much of his production came after the game was out of hand.

Detroit has the league's 19th-ranked pass defense, allowing 250.5 passing yards per game.

Eagles left tackle Jason Peters and tight end Jason Kelce, both of whom were listed as questionable, are active.

The Eagles' inactives are Bradford, running back Ryan Mathews, receiver Jonathan Krause, cornerback Denzel Rice, offensive lineman Tanner Hawkinson, tight end Zach Ertz and defensive end Brandon Bair.

Lions wide receiver Calvin Johnson and cornerback Darius Slay, are active. Both were also listed as questionable.
