Heat G Dwyane Wade out due to son's health

MIAMI - Miami Heat guard Dwyane Wade will miss Thursday night's home game with the Utah Jazz, Heat coach Erik Spoelstra announced before the contest.

Spoelstra said Wade is accompanying his hospitalized son.

"His son is OK, but Dwyane is going to be with him tonight," Spoelstra said.

Spoelstra would not release any further details but added that Wade will release a statement later tonight.
