Sullinger, Celtics down 76ers

Jared Sullinger had 22 points, eight rebounds and seven assists and the Boston Celtics defeated the Philadelphia 76ers 107-96 on Friday night.

Avery Bradley netted 18 points and Tyler Zeller and Marcus Thornton added 16 points apiece off the bench for the Celtics, who have won three straight games.

Luc Mbah a Moute tallied 18 points to lead Philadelphia, which has dropped three of its last four contests.
