SEATTLE, Jan. 27 (UPI) -- Hope Solo may be left off the roster for the 2015 Women's World Cup after dealing with a slew of legal troubles.

The most recent issue was her husband's DWI while driving the team van, leading to her suspension. Before that, she was involved in an incident of domestic violence -- a charge recently dismissed by a Seattle judge.

When asked if Solo is going to be cut from the roster, USSF President Sunil Gulati said, "Look, that's possible. We hope that's not the case. We hope she's making progress and joins the team. That's certainly the goal, hers and ours."

Coach Jill Ellis said the tasks laid out by the organization for Solo are achievable and therefore her status is still pending. The team has refused to confirm or deny whether those tasks include going to a rehab facility.
