Dallas Cowboys Joseph Randle arrested for shoplifting

Frisco police charged Randle with a misdemeanor Class B theft of $50 to $500.

DALLAS, Oct. 14 (UPI) -- Dallas Cowboys running back Joseph Randle was arrested Monday for allegedly shoplifting a pack of underwear and a bottle of cologne from a Texas Dillard's.

Frisco police charged Randle with a misdemeanor Class B theft of $50 to $500. He allegedly stole a two-pack of black Polo underwear valued at $39.50 and an almost full "tester" bottle of Gucci Guilty Black cologne valued at $84.

Security officers observed him on surveillance video swiping the underwear and stopped him just as he exited the store at Stonebriar Centre Mall.

He was released early Tuesday after posting a $350 bail.

Randle has a base salary of $450,000 with the Cowboys. The team has not yet released a statement on the arrest.
