Bears LT Bushrod out vs. Panthers

Chicago Bears left tackle Jermon Bushrod has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Carolina Panthers.

Bushrod will miss his first game since 2009 due to knee and ankle issues. He had started in 68 consecutive games.

Left guard Matt Slauson is questionable after missing the last three games with an ankle injury. If Slauson is able to return, Michael Ola will kick out to left tackle.

Center Roberto Garza (ankle) and cornerback Sherrick McManis (quadriceps) are doubtful.

Defensive tackle Jeremiah Ratliff will miss his third consecutive game due to a concussion. Linebacker Shea McClellin (hand) and safety Ahmad Dixon (hamstring) are also out.
