Raiders' Streater lands on short-term IR

The Oakland Raiders placed wide receiver Rod Streater on the reserve/injured - designated to return list on Thursday.

Streater will be eligible to return to the club for practice on Nov. 13 and can dress for games starting on Nov. 27.

The third-year player out of Temple had foot surgery following a Week 3 loss to the Patriots. He had nine catches for 84 yards in three games this season.
