BRISTOL, Conn., Oct. 1 (UPI) -- Despite being called out by name by Oakland Raiders owner Mark Davis, Super Bowl-winning coach and Monday Night Football color commentator Jon Gruden says he's not interested in taking over the embattled AFC West team.

"He may reach out to me, I may reach out to him," Davis said when asked about Gruden following Dennis Allen's Week 4 firing.

Gruden, however, will not be reaching out to Davis, as he is focused on his broadcasting career. "I'm just trying to hang onto my job to be honest with you guys," Gruden told ESPN's Mike and Mike Radio.

"It's four weeks into the season. Some of these teams haven't even played three games yet. So I'm not even thinking about coaching. I'm thinking about heading to Washington next week, watching the world champions and my brother coach. That'll be exciting for me."
