Jhonas Enroth turned aside all 35 shots he faced to backstop the Buffalo Sabres to a 2-0 preseason win over the Carolina Hurricanes at First Niagara Center.

Drew Stafford and Tyler Ennis each had a goal and an assist to pace Buffalo offensively, with Matt Moulson assisting on both markers. The two scores came against Hurricanes netminder Drew MacIntyre in the second period.

Enroth came up with 13 saves in the second period and 17 more in the third to finish off his shutout.
