Rain halts play at Valhalla

Heavy rain at Valhalla has stopped play during Sunday's final round at the PGA Championship.

Valhalla has been soaked by rain the previous two days, and more rain on Sunday has water puddling in fairways and on several greens.

Officials have kept players in position and hope to resume play in 10 minutes, but heavy rain continues to fall and that seems unlikely.

The last time weather stopped play at the PGA Championship was in 2012 at Kiawah Island. Rory McIlroy, who owned a 1-stroke lead entering Sunday's final round, was a runaway winner that week.
