BERLIN, July 9 (UPI) -- German fans in Berlin shake the city with their cheers of victory after their World Cup slaughtering of Brazil in a match that ended 7-1 Tuesday.

While Internet users documented the devastated reactions of Brazilian World Cup fans, Germany could be seen with faces of complete elation as their team stepped one game closer to victory.

Germans filled the center of Berlin as they watched near the Brandenburg Gate and roared at each of the seven goals.

The World Cup proceeds Wednesday with a match between the Netherlands and Argentina.
