Wilmer Flores hit a grand slam and knocked in a career-high six runs, and the New York Mets took an 11-2 win over the Philadelphia Phillies in the finale of a five-game set from Citizens Bank Park.

Bartolo Colon (5-5) earned the victory after hurling seven-plus innings, allowing two runs on six hits and three walks with five strikeouts.

David Wright and Curtis Granderson each knocked in a pair of runs in the win, New York's ninth win in its last 10 in the City of Brotherly Love.

Roberto Hernandez (2-3) was saddled with the loss, giving up five runs -- four earned -- on five hits and two walks with five strikeouts.

The Phillies and Mets played a total of 57 innings in the unconventional series. Philadelphia dropped the final three games of the set and ended its 11-game homestand with a 4-7 mark.
