Paul Goldschmidt and Martin Prado each homered and knocked in three runs as the Arizona Diamondbacks took down the San Diego Padres, 12-6, thanks to an eight-run first inning.

Ender Inciarte and A.J. Pollock had two RBI apiece for the Diamondbacks, who won two of the three games in this series. Chris Owings went 4-for-4 with an RBI and a run scored.

Arizona starter Chase Anderson (3-0) allowed four runs -- one earned -- on eight hits over five innings. He became the first D-backs rookie to win his first three starts.
