AUSTIN, Texas, May 19 (UPI) -- This is what could happen when you're a former Tour de France champion, testicular cancer survivor and the disgraced participant of a years-long doping scandal.
In a dark twist of fate, Lance Armstrong was playing Cards Against Humanity -- the popular "party game for horrible people" -- when he just happened to draw a card that referenced his battle with cancer.
"Just another night of playing Cards Against Humanity..." Armstrong captioned the photo.
Armstrong, 42, was diagnosed with testicular cancer back in 1996. He recovered after extensive chemotherapy and the removal of one of his testicles.

When Twitter users asked how he'd reacted to the uncomfortable draw, Armstrong said, "I actually laughed my a** off."
