Kawhi Leonard scored 22 points with seven rebounds and the model of consistency that is the San Antonio Spurs advanced to yet another Western Conference final with a 104-82 win over the Portland Trail Blazers.

Danny Green also tallied 22 points and Tim Duncan added 16 points with eight rebounds to help the Spurs to their third consecutive Western Conference final appearance with a rather easy victory in Game 5 on Wednesday.

The win may have come at a cost, however, as San Antonio's All-Star point guard Tony Parker left midway through the first quarter with tightness in his left hamstring and did not return.

The Spurs won by an average of 21 points in their three home wins in the series and await the winner of the Los Angeles Clippers and Oklahoma City Thunder. Oklahoma City currently leads that series, 3-2, with Game 6 set for Thursday in Los Angeles.

LaMarcus Aldridge paced Portland with 21 points to go along with 10 rebounds and Damian Lillard recorded a 17-point, 10-assist double-double in the setback.
